A Better Path to Better Sleep
Comprehensive Virtual Sleep Care Across Canada
We combine sleep disorder medicine with cognitive, behavioural, psychological, lifestyle, and wellness-informed approaches to treat the whole person.
Many sleep clinics focus on testing or equipment alone. Our model looks further, because sleep health is rarely simple.
This is a private-pay for virtual sleep care service available across Canada.
Services may be partially covered through extended health benefits or health spending accounts.

Built for Canadians Seeking More Complete Sleep Care
Integrative Sleep Care is designed for individuals who want a comprehensive, whole-person sleep assessment beyond the standard public system. This is a private sleep service, paid for privately, that may be reimbursed through extended health benefits, health spending accounts, or by your employer.
If an in-person assessment or in-laboratory sleep study is clinically needed, we will refer you to an appropriate local facility in your region.
